Character and skills drive excellence, and I want to be surrounded by those who bring out the best in each other and believe they can achieve anything they set their mind to.  Growing up and a family business, I learned that excellence requires no shortcuts and good energy even on bad days. Hard work and values take precedence. My goal as a human being is the same as in my career: to do something impactful and positive on a large scale.
